Яд Соланин находится в зеленных овощах рода пасленовых :
Проросший картофель , помидоры , баклажаны , перец
Вызывает разрушение эритроцитов и гипертонию , порчу суставов , густую кровь ,
Профилактика не есть картофель начиная с марта до осени ,
Концентрация яда меняется в от цвета овоща и наличия ростков
Не разрушается при термообработке ,
